The new all-in-one lubrication system perma FLEX from perma-tec provides reliable 24 hour, year round lubrication for all types of industries and applications.

perma FLEX is supplied read to use and requires no assembly or special tools. Just unpack, turn the rotary switch to the desired discharge period and screw into your lubrication point. The discharge period (in monthly steps of 1 to 12 months) can be changed anytime after activation. During longer machine downtimes, perma FLEX can be completely turned off and can be reactivated when the machines are up again. This flexibility makes perma FLEX ideal for the different requirements of your lubrication points.
The two sizes are perfect for small or tight spaces (size 125 cm³ = 117 mm high / size 60 cm³ = 85 mm high) and the transparent housing makes it easy for users to monitor the position of the lubricant delivery piston.
perma FLEX makes preventive maintenance practices easier and safer. Longer maintenance intervals and remote mounting significantly reduces the interface between maintenance staff and dangerous operating equipment. This increases workplace safety and is more cost effective.
