AROLAN II is made from highly wear-resistant aramid yarn with a special PTFE impregnation and
a universally stable running-in lubricant.Its high level of resistance to abrasion as well as to temperature
UNICHEM is made from pure PTFE yarn with an additional PTFE impregnation and lubricant.
It has a very dense but soft and pliable structure so that sealing can be achieved with a minimum of gland pressure. Due to its excellent lubrication UNICHEM
exhibits very low friction.

AROCHEM combination braid consists of aramid yarn and PTFE compound yarn. The packing is
particularly stable due to DIAPLEX® braiding.
AROCHEM S combines the advantages of two advanced yarn materials in the sealing of high-speed
shafts. The particular running qualities of thermally stable PTFE-graphite compound yarn ensure shaft protection and even short-term "dry-running" without damage.
Cold and hot water, steam, aqueous solutions, almost universally against acids, and
lyes.Exceptions: strongly oxidizing salt solutions, concentrated sulphuric and nitric acid.
Hot and cold water, salt solutions, organic solvents, hydrocarbons, oils, greases, diluted acids and
alkalies, steam up to 180°C.
GRAFOLAN is made from graphite yarn, which is obtained from carbon fibres subjected to an
intensive thermal conversion process. This packing has excellent chemical stability and high temperature resistance.
KOMBILON 6742 is an elastic combination braid made from carbon and PTFE yarns. It is
impregnated with a special PTFE compound and running-in lubricant.
This special carbon yarn packing is superior to all greased asbestos and natural fibre
packings because of the special shaft protection qualities.
Uniflex is manufactured from a carbonised yarn with a special PTFE-graphite impregnation. The
packing is very flexible and extrusion-resistant.
Used with end rings of Arolan 6215, Flexalon 6250 or Unichem 6313 UNIMIX is ideal for sealing
against abrasive media as well as on damaged shaft surfaces.
Cold and hot water, solutions containing solid particles, oils, greases, solvents,
foodstuffs. UNIMIX is a newly developed injectable compound, manufactured from PTFE fibres and solids with a high duty lubricant.
UNISTAT is manufactured from graphite-filled PTFE yarn. The high level of graphite ensures
excellent heat conduction while the PTFE content provides low friction performance.

UNIVERDIT has extremely good resistance to gas permeation and has the ability to embed
abrasive particles. UNIVERDIT remains self-lubricating even during extended periods of operation and therefore reduces friction on shafts and spindles.
VARILON SG is especially suitable for sealing high-speed shafts. Due to the high amount of
graphite-filled PTFE yarn, the packing has very good running qualities and high heat conduction. The aramid yarn provides a high strength.
